Today's Word of the Day is Chimera. This stuck out to me because in my Capstone class, we use an application called Chimera to look at images of molecules! It's funny that this word originally came from the Greek language and means "a fire-breathing mythical beast that had the head of a lion, the body of a goat and the tail of a serpent."
