Reading Notes: Saint Blaise

Saint Blaise and His Beasts - Saint Blaise was a doctor in a village. He cared for both people and animals. Unlike most people, he was very compassionate to animals. He could even be called a friend to the animals. One day, when a Wolf stole a Pig from an old, poor woman, Saint Blaise fixed the issue by confronting the Wolf. The Wolf then returned the Pig. But what if the Wolf had already eaten the Pig? Then what would've happened? Maybe he would sacrifice himself and become a friend to the poor woman?
