I've heard of the concept of growth mindset vs. fixed mindset before, and this was a nice reminder of it. I would definitely say that I have a growth mindset. I don't run away from challenging classes or tasks, but instead, I work hard to succeed. I don't like being in a position where I don't understand something, but that doesn't stop me: I make sure I learn what's going on. I like this picture because having a growth mentality definitely contributes to achieving success in school. However, a growth mindset is something that we need to keep in mind not only in our academic lives, but everywhere.

I definitely want to learn more about having a growth mindset. I think I struggle with having a growth mindset in areas other than school, for example, my piano playing. I don't practice as much as I should, and I'm just satisfied at my beginner stage. I try to have a better mentality and tell myself to practice, but procrastination usually wins. 😅
