I try to keep track of time when taking a break, and it usually works...unless I'm taking a nap 😅. I put a timer or alarm on, but the "Snooze" button usually gets the best of me. To fix this problem, I keep my phone (which is my alarm) on my desk, so when it goes off, I have to get up to turn it off. I think this is a pretty good solution, and it almost always gets me to stop sleeping 😁.
This Google Timer is pretty cool; I didn't realize it was a thing. All you have to do is go to Google and search "set timer for". To be honest though, I don't think I'll be using it. I'll just stick with looking at the clock.
