Learning Challenge: Deskercises!

A workout at work? - These were not for me. They involved getting up and actually doing exercises next to your desk..a little too extreme for me. But the animations in this article were awesome!

The chair twist is something I do all the time, however, I don't "focus on drawing my shoulder blades down" or breathe while doing it; I just do it for a second or two, so I will definitely implement these suggestions! I also twist my arms around each other, but not in these exact positions. After trying it just now, it was peaceful, and I enjoyed it.

I think the key is to stay in these positions and take a few deep breaths. I will definitely be doing these in my breaks from now on!
